Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email within 5 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to cancel it.
Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with proof, and we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please note, we do not offer refunds for items damaged through improper use.
