Our Story

Handcrafted quality meets heritage innovation — since 2011.

In 2011, Henry and Martha had a simple dream: to create baking tools that honored the traditions they loved. Henry was a master craftsman with hands that could shape wood into art. Martha was the baker — her kitchen the heart of every gathering, her bread the centerpiece of every table.

Together, they created their first wooden bread knife. Not just any knife — one inspired by a 200-year-old Nordic design from the coastal baking villages of Scandinavia, where skilled woodworkers had perfected a bow blade that could slice through the crustiest loaf without crushing the soft crumb inside.

We didn't set out to build a business. We set out to build something beautiful that worked.

The Breadly™ Bread Bow Knife was born from that spirit — a 4,000-year-old engineering principle holding an ultra-thin blade in perfect tension, creating something 20x thinner than ordinary bread knives. It wasn't just a tool. It was a piece of working art, designed to be passed down through generations.

Today, over 84,000 bakers across the world trust Earthy Bliss Co. to bring heritage craftsmanship into their kitchens. Every product we create starts from the same place Henry and Martha did — with the belief that a great tool should be as beautiful as the bread it helps you make.
