Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (US): $9.95 flat rate — 7 to 14 business days
• Re-shipment for lost/damaged orders: $9.95
• Orders are shipped via USPS or equivalent carrier
• Tracking information is provided via email once shipped

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracking Page.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your artisan baking tools as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team and we'll do everything we can to help.
